If you don’t already have a job description created, we will have a call with you to create a job description (at no cost to you) and post it across our various boards.
After we have the job listing posted, we will begin interviewing and screening applicants down to a short list of the best candidates for you to meet via a zoom interview
We will have all of the short list candidates perform a technical check of their computer and internet connection, as well as require the candidate to pass standardized English language, logic and numerical aptitude tests to ensure there are no cultural issues.
We will mediate the 1st interview and give our council on who you should bring on. For more technical roles, we will give promising candidates a skills test to prove their abilities to code, write content, etc.
Once you have decided on which employees fit your company, the commitment is at will employment, with no setup costs, We will also introduce your account manager, who you can talk with about future hiring needs.
We will manage all time tracking, foreign taxes, payroll and hiring. You will be charged every other week for the hours tracked.
